Surbitonexpresscars Ltd  licensed by Transport for London, cabs and Private Hire Operator number is 010020. Registered and Contact office address is, Ground Floor Regus House, 450 Bath Road, Heathrow, United Kingdom, UB7 0EB.

The Company – the Company is the carrier or intermediary of the carriage of Surbitonexpresscars Ltd which provides or arranges transportation and other services based on these businesses.

The Customer – a person or a company that uses the Company’s services based on an order or contract, subject to these business terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions – the conditions under which the Company provides its transportation services to the Customer; the indispensable condition for using the services of the Company.

Law and Regulation 9(14). as the licensed PHV operator, Surbitonexpresscars Ltd, contracts as principal with the passengers to provide the journey which is the subject of the booking.

 

Liability

Surbitonexpresscars Ltd. will ensure you that once your booking request is accepted, we are liable to provide the service as requested by the passenger. Which means we will be on time for the specified pickup date and time. Passengers are required to pay for their journeys using either card or cash.

As a company, we are responsible for all financial transactions in relation to your booking.

 

Prices & Charges

All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Our offices are open 24/7. The operation contact number is 020 8800 2070.

All quotations are valid for 30 days and include Airport meet and greet, 30 minutes waiting time and parking charges.

All prices are quoted per car not per person.

All prices are now based on fixed rates. We charge per mile according to our predefined pricing structure.  

All prices are fixed and will no longer be calculated using Google Mileage and Distance Calculator, 

Bookings

For bookings within 6 hours of pick-up, please call us at 020 8800 2070.

Payments for Station bookings can be made in cash upon pickup.

For Airport pickups between 22:00 Hrs (10:00 PM) – 05:59 Hrs (05:59 AM), cash payment is accepted upon arrival.

 

Booking Cancellations

Bookings paid by cash can be cancelled at any time without any cancellation fees. However, we appreciate at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations.

 

No Show

A "No Show" is defined as follows: If a passenger books a private hire car with us and fails to meet the driver at the scheduled pick-up time. This applies to home, hotel, and other private addresses.

This includes bookings made with incorrect dates or times.

For airport pickups, the driver will wait in the arrival hall for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time or the requested pickup time. If the passenger fails to meet the driver within this timeframe or does not contact us to update their status, it will be considered a no-show.

Bookings made online or over the phone with a cash payment option will not be charged in the event of a no-show.

 

Liabilities

The company accept no liability for the following: Severe traffic delays, road closures, extreme and poor weather conditions and any situation caused by the unforeseen situation.

We provide child seats as a courtesy service. Whilst we make every effort to ensure child seats are available, we cannot guarantee, suitability for your child, or availability for your journey. Usage of child seats is entirely at the passenger's discretion, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for their usage.

 

Airport Pickups

Meet and greet service is provided on all airport pickups. The driver will meet the passengers in the airport arrivals hall with a name board.

We don’t charge for flight delays. For all airport pick-ups, we track the flight and amend the “requested pickup” time according to the actual “flight landing time”. This is so that the driver is in the arrival’s hall at the appropriate time

Please provide the following information on the form: Flight Landing time: This is the time which your flight is scheduled to land Requested pick-up time: The number of minutes after the landing time, you want to be picked up.

 

Airport Free Waiting Time:

Heathrow Airport:  30 minutes 

Gatwick Airport:   30 minutes 

Stansted Airport:  30 minutes 

Luton Airport:  30 minutes 

Southend Airport:  30 minutes

London City Airport:  30 minutes

Sea/Cruise Ports:  30 minutes 


If the passenger is unable to meet the driver within the free waiting time, it’s the passenger’s or booker’s responsibility to inform the company of the delay so that the driver can be asked to stay in the terminal longer. Additional waiting charges will apply as stated above (0.40 Pence Per Minute Minimum £10.00). If the passenger fails to contact us within the free waiting time, the driver will be withdrawn and the booking will be considered as a no show.

 

Payments

Pay in cash upon pickup.

 

Waiting Time Charges

Pickups from the airports and cruise ports are allowed 45 minutes free from landing or docking time. Any further waiting time will be charged at 40p per minute, plus car parking (minimum £6.00). 

We don’t charge for flight delays.

Pickups from home, hotel, offices and other venues are allowed 10 minutes from the actual booked time, thereafter 40p per minute (minimum £3.00) will be added to the fare quoted.

 

Sessional Fares

Our Prices will be 50% higher on the following dates; 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January. This is due to limited drivers available for work during seasonal periods.
